We believe in transparent pricing. Here’s what you can expect:
We’re FCA regulated (FRN 971539) and can offer 0% finance options subject to status. Spread the cost from just £27 per month.
Best for: Small to medium homes with 1-2 bathrooms. Combi boilers provide instant hot water on demand – no need for a separate hot water cylinder or cold water tank. They’re compact, efficient, and perfect for homes with limited space.
Best for: Larger homes with 2-3 bathrooms and high hot water demand. System boilers store hot water in a cylinder, so you can run multiple taps and showers at once without losing pressure.
Best for: Traditional homes with existing cylinder and header tanks in the loft. Regular (conventional) boilers work with existing gravity-fed systems and are ideal if you have multiple bathrooms or low mains pressure.
We'll visit your home, assess your heating needs, check your existing system, and recommend the right boiler for you.
You'll receive a clear, written quote with no hidden costs. Take your time – there's no pressure to decide immediately.
Most installations take 1-2 days. Our engineers will protect your home, complete the work to Gas Safe standards, and clean up thoroughly afterwards.
Before we leave, we'll show you how to use your new boiler, explain the controls, and answer any questions.
Real Money Savings: If you’re replacing a 65% efficient boiler with a 90% efficient model, you’ll save approximately £300-400 per year on a typical household gas bill. That’s £3,000-4,000 over 10 years. A new boiler costs £1,895-£2,395 and pays for itself in 5-7 years.
A-rated boilers are 90%+ efficient – most modern boilers fall into this category. For every £1 you spend on gas, 90p goes into heating your home. Compare this to older boilers: 15-20 year old boilers are only 60-70% efficient, and 20-30 year old boilers are 50-60% efficient.
All new boilers sold in the UK must be condensing boilers with a minimum efficiency of 88%. New boilers display an ErP label similar to fridges and washing machines.
Why Not Just Buy the Biggest? An oversized boiler costs more to buy, costs more to run, and cycles on and off more frequently reducing its lifespan. During your free survey, we’ll calculate the exact size you need based on your home’s heat loss.
What Affects Boiler Size? Number of radiators, number of bathrooms, property insulation levels, boiler type, whether you have underfloor heating, and hot water usage patterns all play a role.
Quick Size Guide: Small flat (1-2 beds, 1 bathroom) needs 24-27kW combi. Medium house (2-3 beds, 1 bathroom) needs 28-34kW combi or 18-25kW system. Large house (3-4 beds, 2 bathrooms) needs 35-42kW combi or 25-35kW system. Very large house (4+ beds, 3+ bathrooms) needs 35kW+ system or regular boiler.
Boiler size (measured in kilowatts or kW) determines how much heat your boiler can produce. Get it wrong and you’ll either waste money on an oversized boiler or struggle with one that’s too small.
Our engineers will assess all these factors during your free home survey and recommend the best option for you.
Space Constraints: Combis are compact and don’t need a cylinder, making them ideal for flats and smaller homes. System and regular boilers need space for a cylinder.
Water Pressure: Low mains water pressure? A system or regular boiler with a cylinder will give you better hot water flow than a combi, which relies entirely on mains pressure.
Your Existing System: If you already have a hot water cylinder and header tanks in the loft, a regular boiler might be the most cost-effective replacement. Converting to a combi means removing tanks and altering pipework – adding to the cost.
Property Size and Hot Water Demand: A 1-2 bedroom flat with 1 bathroom needs a 24-28kW combi boiler. A 2-3 bedroom house with 1-2 bathrooms works well with a 28-35kW combi or system boiler. For 4+ bedroom houses with 2+ bathrooms, you’ll need a system or regular boiler. If multiple bathrooms are in use simultaneously, a system or regular boiler is essential.
Choosing the right boiler isn’t just about price – it’s about finding the perfect match for your home’s heating needs.

We clean up completely and dispose of your old boiler responsibly. You’ll have hot water and heating working before we leave.
Late Afternoon – Testing and Commissioning: We fill and pressure-test the system for leaks. The boiler is powered up and put through initial start-up procedures. We set the correct gas pressure and check combustion ratios. Every radiator is bled and checked for proper heating. Hot water is tested at multiple taps. All controls and thermostats are programmed and tested.
Mid-Morning to Afternoon: We prepare the wall mounting area – drilling and fixing the new backplate. Your new boiler is carefully mounted and leveled. We connect all pipework – this may involve some alterations to ensure everything fits correctly. We connect the gas supply with new pipework if needed. The flue is fitted and sealed – ensuring safe evacuation of gases. All electrical connections are made and tested.
Installation Day – Morning: Our engineers arrive on time with all equipment and your new boiler. We lay dust sheets to protect your floors and furnishings. We isolate your heating system and safely drain down the old boiler. The old boiler is disconnected, removed, and set aside for disposal.
