We provide boiler repairs, installations, servicing, and maintenance across Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Swindon, Cardiff, Newport, and Swansea. We’re registered with Gas Safe (632778) and the FCA (971539) and have been serving customers since 2019.

BOILER REPAIRS & INSTALLATIONS
How much does a boiler repair cost?
Repair costs depend on the fault and any parts required. Our boiler-repair diagnostic charge is £95 and is waived if the repair is approved during the same visit. Heating-repair labour is charged at £90 per hour. Any required parts will be quoted before work proceeds. Care Plan cover depends on the plan selected and the applicable Care Plan Terms and Conditions.
How much does a new boiler cost?
New boiler installations typically cost £1,800-£3,500 depending on: • Boiler type (combi, system, regular) • Boiler brand and model • Complexity of installation • Additional work required (e.g., pipework, radiators) We offer free surveys and fixed-price quotations with no hidden costs. Finance options may be available for eligible customers. Credit is subject to status and terms and conditions.

Emergency support is available where it is included within an eligible Care Plan and remains subject to the selected plan’s terms, engineer availability and location. Customers should call 0117 9474040 so we can assess the situation and confirm the available attendance options.
What counts as an emergency?
How quickly can you attend an emergency?
Emergency attendance times depend on the customer’s Care Plan, location, engineer availability and the nature of the fault. We will confirm the expected attendance window when the call is logged.
What happens if my boiler reaches 15 years old?
How do I make a claim on my Care Plan

How do I know if my boiler is safe?
What are the signs of carbon monoxide?
Do I need a carbon monoxide alarm?
Requirements differ between England and Wales.
England: Landlords must ensure that a carbon monoxide alarm is installed in any room used as living accommodation that contains a fixed combustion appliance, excluding gas cookers.
Wales: Landlords must ensure that a working carbon monoxide alarm is present in every room containing a gas appliance, oil-fired combustion appliance or solid-fuel-burning combustion appliance. This includes gas cookers.
Alarms should be installed, tested and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
What should I do if I smell gas?
If you smell gas:
- Turn off gas at the meter (turn handle a quarter turn)
- Open all windows and doors
- Evacuate the property
- Do NOT smoke, use electrical switches, or create sparks

How often should I have a Gas Safety Check
What's a CP12 certificate?
CP12 (Landlord Gas Safety Record) is a legal certificate required annually for all rental properties. It confirms all gas appliances are safe. Cost: £79. Failure to comply with landlord gas-safety duties may result in enforcement action or prosecution, depending on the circumstances.

Will the engineer call before arriving?
How do I know the engineer is genuine?
Our engineers will: • Arrive in marked company vehicle • Wear company uniform or ID badge • Show Gas Safe ID card on request • Call ahead to confirm arrival Never let anyone work on your gas appliances without seeing their Gas Safe ID. You can verify our registration at www.gassaferegister.co.uk (Gas Safe No: 632778).
