Our boiler care plans are designed to help spread the cost of servicing, repairs and ongoing heating system support. Each plan includes a different level of cover, with eligibility, exclusions and fair usage terms applying.
Boiler Care Plans are available for **domestic gas boilers only**.
To be eligible:
If an inspection identifies faults, safety issues, or system defects, these will **not** be covered and will be quoted separately before any work is carried out.
Home Assist 365 Ltd reserves the right to decline Care Plan cover where a boiler or heating system does not meet eligibility requirements.
Care Plans **don’t cover pre-existing faults** that existed before the Care Plan start date.
Any faults identified:
will not be covered and will be chargeable.
A waiting period may apply before repair cover becomes active. Details of any waiting periods are set out in the Care Plan Terms & Conditions.
Repairs and replacement parts included within Care Plans are subject to **fair usage limits** and the specific terms of the plan selected.
Care Plans are intended to cover unforeseen breakdowns and faults. Excessive, repeated, or non-standard claims may be reviewed and may not be covered.
Where repairs or parts are not included under your Care Plan, a clear quotation will be provided before any work proceeds.
Free call-outs included within Care Plans apply during standard working hours only. Emergency or out-of-hours attendance may be discounted or chargeable depending on the plan selected. Full details are set out in the Care Plan Terms & Conditions.

Customers have a statutory cooling-off period during which the Care Plan can be cancelled.
Care Plans can be cancelled in accordance with the Care Plan Terms & Conditions. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in line with those terms.
